1.Viewing can be done at Pangani Auction Centre- Along Murang’a Road Opposite Guru Nanak Hospital to verify the details as these are not warranted by the auctioneer or our principals as sale is on “ as- is- where- is -basis” 2.Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of Kshs. 200,000. 3.The declared purchaser must pay the balance immediately thereafter failure to which the deposit will be forfeited and the subject item offered to the second highest bidder. 4.Sale is subject to reasonable reserve prices.
