Under Instructions received from Gathaiya & Associates on behalf of their client we shall sell the under mentioned property with all the improvements and buildings thereon (EXCEPT THE SUPERHEATED WATER SPRAY STERILIZER AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT BEING THEREON):

PROPERTY NO 3) AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY IN NAROK COUNTY ON THURSDAY 7TH JULY, 2016 IN OUR OFFICES AT SHANKARDASS HOUSE 2ND FLOOR ROOM 209 OLD WING STARTING AT 11.30 AM

That entire piece or parcel of land known as L.R. NO. NAROK/CIS-MARA/ENTONTOL/185, ENTONTOL AREA, NAROK COUNTY measuring approximately (16.5) Hectares or (40.7715) Acres and registered in the name of PARTETIAN OLE NAENI C/O LIMANET PRIMARY SCHOOL OF P.O BOX 12, NAROK. The property is located within Entontol area in Narok County. General approach from Mai Mahiu Township is through the tar-surfaced Narok-Mai Mahiu road towards Narok Town for approximately 77 Kilometers before branching northwards at Seyabei Shopping Center. From the foresaid Centre, you drive through murram-surfaced road past Olelusie Primary School for further 27 Kilometers before turning left for a final distance of 2 Kilometers to the subject property. It lies approximately 1.5 Kilometers to the South East of Entontol Primary School. Immediate access road is earth surfaced joining tar-surfaced Narok-Mai Mahiu road approximately 29 Kilometers away. CONDITIONS OF SALE

All interested bidders will be required to first make a refundable deposit of Kshs. 5,000,000/= for property No. 1, Kshs. 1,000,000/= for property No. 2 and Kshs. 200,000/= for property No. 3 respectively by way of Cash or Bankers Cheque to be allowed to bid and obtain a bidding number. 3. A deposit of 25 % of the purchase must be paid in cash or bankers cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance paid within 90 days to the chargees or their advocates. 4. The sale is subject to a reserve price and land control board consent where applicable 5. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid without giving a reason. 6.
