Under instructions from our principals, the chargees, in exercise of their statutory power of sale, we shall sell by Public Auction the under mentioned properties and all the improvements erected thereon.

PROPERTY NO 6. SALE ON THURSDAY 5TH APRIL, 2018 AS FROM 11:00A.M OUTSIDE NAIVASHA POST OFFICE.

All those properties known as TITLE. NO. NAIVASHA/MWICHIRINGIRI/BLOCK 4/21483, 21484, 21485 & 21486 registered in the name of WASHINGTON GATHUKI KINYUA. They are a freehold interest each measuring 0.0424Ha or 0.1048Acres and situated within Mirera area, Naivasha-Maai-Mahiu tar surfaced road. They are 14 Kms from Naivasha town and 19.3Kms from Maai-Mahiu town in Naivasha, Nakuru County. The plots are vacant.

Conditions of sale

  1. All interested bidders are requested to view the properties and verify the details for themselves as the auctioneers or the chargees do not warrant these. 2. Interested bidders must deposit Kshs. 1,000,000.00 for Property No. 1 & 3, Kshs. 500,000.00 for Property No. 2, 4, 5 & 7, Kshs. 100,000.00 for Property No. 6 and Kshs. 50,000.00 for Property No. 8 in CASH OR BANKERS CHEQUE with the auctioneer before being allowed to bid. 3. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid in 60 days for Property No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & 8, 30 days for Property No. 5 and 90 days for Property No. 7 to the chargees.
