All that parcel of land known as L.R. NO. NAIVASHA/MARAIGUSHU BLOCK 20/109, MALEWA BAY ESTATE, NAIVASHA – NAKURU COUNTY. This parcel of land is situated along Suswa Avenue within Malewa Bay Estate, a gated community off Moi North Lake Road.
