EDUCATIONAL PROPERTIES IN NAKURU COUNTY
ON WEDNESDAY, 8TH MARCH, 2017 OUTSIDE NATIONAL BANK OF KENYA NAKURU BRANCH STARTING AT 11.30AM.
a) That entire piece or parcel of land known as L.R NOS. BAHATI/BAHATI BLOCK 1/871 & 872 DAVIS ACADEMY, MAILI KUMI, NAKURU COUNTY measuring approximately (0.8094 & 1.024) Hectares respectively and registered in the name of DAVIS NYANJUI NJEHIA OF P.O BOX 257020100, NAIROBI G/T TULIPS COLLECTIONS LTD & DAVIS ACADEMY. These properties are located adjacent to one another, along Nakuru-Solai Road in Maili Kumi area approximately 15Km to the North East of Nakuru Town. They lie about 400m to the West of Maili Kumi Trading Centre and is easily identified as Davis Academy & Teachers Training College. The boundaries are partly marked by a chainlink wire fence on wooden poles reinforced with Kei-apple and partly by building lines. The property fronts the tarmacked Nakuru-Solai Road. These properties are located adjacent to one another in Ndimu area of Lanet, approximately 12Km to the South East of Nakuru Town. They lie about 200m to the North West of Kimani Ngunjiri High School/Ndimu Primary School and is easily identified as Elite Lanet Academy. The properties’ boundaries are marked by a chainlink wire fence on wooden poles. Entrance is via a double opening metal grill gate and the immediate access road is earth surfaced but the tarmac Nakuru-Nairobi Road is 4.7Km away. Erected thereon are; administration block, two tuition blocks, dormitory, kitchen, ablution blocks, a water tank and a GCI dining. Electricity is connected to the property while water is harvested from the rain. Foul drainage is to pit latrines.

All interested bidders will be required to first make a refundable deposit of Kshs. 1,000,000/= by way of cash or bankers cheque to be allowed to bid and obtain a bidding number. 3. A deposit of 25 % of the purchase must be paid in cash or bankers cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance paid within 90 days to the chargees or their advocates. 4. The sale is subject to a reserve price and land control board consent where applicable 5. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid without giving a reason. 6.
