ON THURSDAY THE 7TH DAY OF JULY 2016 AT 12.00 NOON OUTSIDE STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LIMITED, NAKURU TOWN

All that parcel of land known as TITLE NO. ELBURGON/ELBURGON BLOCK 5/105 NAKURU COUNTY registered in the name of ELBUR FLORA LIMITED c/o P.O Box 54-20102 Elburgon. The subject property is situated due west of A.C.K St. Stephen Riboti Church within Riboti Area. It lies approximately 750 metres off Nakuru-Njoro-Elburgon Road some 6 kms due northeast of Elburgon Town, Nakuru County. It measures approximately 0.89 of a hectare (2.20 acres) and is undeveloped. These are adjacent properties situated opposite A.C.K St. Stephen Riboti Church within Riboti Area. They lie approximately 650 metres off Nakuru-Njoro-Elburgon Road some 6 kms due northeast of Elburgon Town, Nakuru County.
