All that property known as TITLE. NO. NJORO/NJORO BLOCK 5/810 (NGONDU) registered in the name of JANE MUTHONI KIBE. It is a freehold interest measuring 0.046Ha or 0.1136Acresa and is situated approximately 390 Meters off Njoro-Mau Narok road turning off at unnamed exit road opposite the Njoro Canning Factory and in the neighborhood of the Egerton Pentecostal Assemblies of God (P.A.G) church, Nakuru County. Developed thereon is a single storey block No. 1 used as a bar,single storey block No. 2 used as a butchery/kitchen and an ablution block. Mains electricity is connected to the property. Interested bidders must deposit Kshs. 1,000,000.00 for property No. 1, Kshs. 500,000.00 for Property No. 3 & 4, Kshs. 200,000.00 for Property No. 2, 5 and 6 in CASH OR BANKERS CHEQUE with the auctioneer before being allowed to bid. 3. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid in 60 days for property No. 1, 2 & 3, 30 days for Property No. 4 & 5 & 90 days for property No. 6 to the chargees
