Under instructions from our principals, the chargees, in exercise of their statutory power of sale, we shall sell by Public Auction the under mentioned properties and all the improvements erected thereon.

PROPERTY NO 1: SALE ON WEDNESDAY 12TH OCTOBER, 2016 AS FROM 11:00A.M IN OUR OFFICES AT CPF HOUSE 3RD FLOOR ALONG HAILESELASIE AVENUE NAIROBI.

All that property known as LR. NO. 209/11424/2 BELLEVUE APARTMENTS – SOUTH C registered in the name of BELLEVUE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED. It is a leasehold interest for a term of 99 years w.e.f 1/07/1986.The property is located within Nairobi County, South C Estate, Bellevue residential area approximately 100Meters West of the College of Insurance along the Southern by-pass. The property is fenced with a perimeter wall 1 double lockable steel plate gate on the concrete columns. The compound/parking area is partly cabro-paved. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid in 60 days for the property No. 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 and 30 days for property No. 3 to the chargees.
