All that property known as TITLE NO. DAGORETTI/RIRUTA/S.348 in the name of EVENSONG INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED G/T JOHN KARANJA NJENGA & PAUL BORO NJENGA T/A EVENMATT SUPERMARKET. It is a freehold interest measuring 0.097Ha or 0.2399Acres and lies approximately 60 meters off Kinyanjui road and about 40 meters off Ngotho road. It’s approximately 350 meters due west of PCEA satellite church and Kinyanjui road Primary School within Riruta-Satelite area off Naivasha road. Interested bidders must deposit Kshs. 1,000,000.00 for Property No. 1, 2, 3 & 4, Kshs. 200,000.00 for Property No. 8, Kshs. 100,000.00 for Property No. 5 and Kshs. 50,000.00 for Property No. 6 & 7 in CASH OR BANKERS CHEQUE with the auctioneer before being allowed to bid. 3. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid in 30 days for Property No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 and 60 days for the Property No. 5, 6, 7 & 8 to the chargees.
