ON TUESDAY THE 7TH DAY OF JUNE 2016 AT 11.00 A.M AT OUR OFFICES ON 5TH FLOOR, WESTERN HEIGHTS, KARUNA ROAD WESTLANDS, NAIROBI

All that parcel of land known as OFFICE SUITES NO. 60, 61 & PENTHOUSE NO. 60 (I.R NO. 142823) ON L.R NO. 209/18869 THE GREEN HOUSE, NGONG ROAD ADAMS ARCADE AREA, NAIROBI CITY registered in the name of NANGALWE MWENYA MUNIAFU T/A MUNIAFU & CO. A bidding deposit of Kshs1million (by way of banker’s cheque) will be mandatory for property No.1, 5, 6 & 7. Please note that failure to pay the balance by the confirmed purchaser will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid. (3).
