It is a leasehold interest for a term of 99 years w.e.f 1977 at an annual ground rent of Kshs. 465 and measures 0.0290Ha or 0.0717Acres.The property is easily identified as House No. 251 and is situated off Kitengela within Ngei Phase 2 estate, Langata, Nairobi County.
