- All interested bidders are required to view the motor vehicles and verify the details by themselves as these are not warranted by the Auctioneers or the financiers.
- All interested bidders are requested to deposit a refundable sum of Kshs. 50,000.00/= by way of Bankers Cheque to obtain a bidding (buying) number.
- The sale of the above motor vehicles is subject to a reserve price.
- The vehicles are sold ON AS WHERE IS BASIS.
