All that parcel of land known as L.R NO. 209/380/9, OLIVE GARDEN HOTEL ARGWINGS KODHEK ROAD, HURLINGHAM SHOPPING CENTRE, NAIROBI CITY registered in the name of OLIVE GARDEN HOTEL LIMITED c/o P.O Box 3049-00506 Nairobi g/t THE OLIVE GARDEN LTD & TRIPLE EIGHT CONSTRUCTION (K) LTD c/o P.O Box 3049-00506 Nairobi and/or c/o P.O Box 54702-00200 Nairobi. A bidding deposit of Kshs1million (by way of banker’s cheque) will be mandatory for property No.1, 2, 3 & 5 and Kshs10million for property No. 4.
