Under instructions received from the chargee’s advocates, we shall sell by public auction the under mentioned properties together with buildings and improvements erected therein.
PROPERTY NO 9: PRIME (VACANT) PROPERTIES (5.0902 ACRES TEA FARM) IN KIONJOINE GATHAITHI AREA KAHURO DISTRICT, MURANG’A COUNTY WITH RIVER FRONTAGE
ON FRIDAY THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY 2017 AT 12.00 NOON OUTSIDE THE MAIN POST OFFICE IN MURANG’A TOWN
All that parcel of land known as TITLE NO. LOC. 8/KIONJOINE/536 & 537 GATHAITHI AREA MURANGA COUNTY both registered in the name of JOSEPH NJUGUNA KIBE c/o P.O Box 224-01020 Kericho and/or c/o P.O Box 224-01020 Kenol. The properties are situated approximately 350 meters off Kiruri-Gatara Road and approximately 3.7 kilometers from Kahatia Shopping Centre, within Gathaithi Area, Kahatia, Murang’a County. Each plot measures approximately 1.03 hectares (2.55 acres) i.e 5.1 acres in total. Parcel No. 537 is developed with a 1500 cubic feet concrete tank, semi-permanent houses and zero grazing unit and a section of the land is planted with approximately 3000 mature tea bushes while a section of Plot No. 536 is planted with approximately 3,360 mature tea bushes. CONDITIONS OF SALE
(1). All intending purchasers are requested to view the property and verify the details as these are not warranted by the auctioneers. (2). A deposit of 25% must be paid in cash or banker’s cheque at the fall of the hammer. The balance will thereafter be payable within thirty (30) days to the chargee’s advocates. A bidding deposit of Kshs 1million (by way of banker’s cheque) will be mandatory for property No. 1 & Kshs 5million for property No. 2. Please note that failure to pay the balance by the confirmed purchaser will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid (3).
