All that parcel of land known as TITLE NO. MOMBASA/BLOCK 1/270, SHIMANZI MOMBASA COUNTY registered in the name of MVITA BOTTLERS LIMTED c/o P.O Box 85039-80100 Mombasa and/or c/o P.O Box 90224-80100 Mombasa g/t KAAB INVESTMENTS LIMITED c/o P.O Box 84831-80100 Mombasa.
