Duly instructed by the chargees, we shall sell the under-mentioned properties with all the improvements and buildings thereon:
1) RESIDENTIAL/HOTEL PROPERTIES IN MOMBASA COUNTY FRIDAY 3RD JUNE 2016 IN OUR OFFICES AT SHANKARDASS HOUSE 2ND FLOOR, ROOM 209, OLD WING STARTING AT 11.30 AM.
All these properties or parcels of land known as L.R. NOS. MAINLAND NORTH SECTION 1/11474, 11477, 11478, 11518, 2528 & 2536 are registered in the name of PRESBYTERIAN FOUNDATION OF P.O. BOX 27573 – 00506 NAIROBI.
- A) L.R. NO. MN/I/11518 MILELE LUXURY APARTMENTS, BAMBURI AREA, MOMBASA COUNTY
The property which is locally known as Milele Luxury Apartments is situated on the New Malindi highway shortly after the junction to Bamburi Cement Factory and Kiembeni Estate. The property is zoned for and being used for hotel/residential purposes. Mains and electricity and water services are connected to the property. Drainage is to an underground septic tank. A borehole is provided on site to supplement main water supply. DEVELOPMENT: – On the plot are four incomplete six storeyed blocks of apartments currently under construction which will be provided with swimming pool for the residents. The plot is currently being developed with four blocks of Luxury Apartments whose constructions appears to have stalled. BLOCK A: – Ground floor consists of Conference Room, Main Kitchen (Hotel), Restaurant/ Dining, Generator Room, Switch Room, Service Yard/Water tank below, Transformer Room, Lobby, Gents and Ladies. The other floors will contain apartments with 12 nos. Lounge/Dining, Kitchen/Open plan, Master Bedroom ensuite, Bedroom and Balcony.
BLOCK B: – Will typically consist of one Bedroom Pent House, 1-three bedroomed pent house and 10-three bedroom apartments. Accommodation:-Lounge/Dining, Kitchen, Master Bedroom ensuite, 2 no. bedrooms with one ensuite, Lobby and Balcony.

- B) MN/SEC I/11478, 2528 & 2536, NEW MALINDI ROAD, MOMBASA COUNTY
The properties are known locally as Milele Beach Hotel, and are situated on the New Malindi road shortly after the junction to Bamburi Cement Factory and Kiembeni estate. The properties are zoned for hotel purposes and are utilized for the same purpose. Mains water and electricity are connected. There are also two boreholes that supply two large underground water tanks with capacities of 64,000litres and 81,000liters with ancillary ventilation system. A large stand by generator is provided to supplement power system. Drainage is to septic tanks and soakage pits.
DEVELOPMENTS: – Comprises a Beach Hotel with the main hotel comprising an Administration Block with reception and offices, bedrooms, apartments, swimming pool and the visitor’s car parks, conference Halls, workshops/stores and the generator rooms. The main hotel area is enclosed by a coral block wall except for the beach frontage which is open but secured by a chain link fence.
The bedrooms are in two categories:-
- Single storeyed blocks adjacent to the main administration block
- Terraced semi-detached cottages.
There are therefore seventy two (72) rooms and ten (10) apartments (cottages).
