Duly instructed by the chargers we shall sell the mentioned property with all the improvements and buildings thereon:

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY IN MOMBASA COUNTY ON THURSDAY 7TH JUNE, 2018 OUTSIDE KCB BANK TREASURY SQUARE, MOMBASA STARTING AT 11.30AM.

That entire piece or parcel of land known as L.R. NO. MOMBASA/SHANZU SQUATTER/1850 MAJAONI AREA, MOMBASA COUNTY measuring approximately (0.0167) Hectares or (0.0413) Acres and registered in the name of ELIZABETH TARO MWAWASI OF P.O BOX 85135-80100, MOMBASA. The property is situated in Majaoni Area, approximately 16.7Kms from Mombasa Town and 1.7Kms from Shanzu Market within Shanzu Squatter Settlement Scheme in Mombasa North. Access from Mombasa Town is via New Mombasa-Malindi Road turning left at Shanzu Market onto Karisa Maitha Road and proceeding for approximately 1.81Kms before branching off towards Majaoni Posho Mill for approximately 134m then branching left for approximately 93m up to the property. It lies about 140m to the South of Redeemed Gospel Church Utange.

This is a regular shaped, fairly level plot endowed with sandy/coral soils whose boundaries are left open. The borderlines are fairly marked by the external building lines and the developments on the plot comprise of an old Swahili type house. All interested bidders will be required to first make a refundable deposit of Kshs 100,000/= by way of Cash or Bankers Cheque to be allowed to bid and obtain a bidding number. 3. A deposit of 25 % of the purchase must be paid in cash or bankers cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance paid within 90 days to the chargees or their advocates. 4. The sale is subject to a reserve price and land control board consent where applicable 5. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or refuse any bid without giving a reason. 6.
