Under instructions from our principals, the chargees, in exercise of their statutory power of sale, we shall sell by Public Auction the under mentioned properties and all the improvements erected thereon.
PROPERTY NO 1: SALE ON TUESDAY 6TH DECEMBER, 2016 AS FROM 11:00A.M IN OUR OFFICES AT ASHA TRUST BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, MERU ROAD MOMBASA.
All that property known as LR. NOS. MOMBASA/BLOCK XII/44, MOMBASA registered in the names of THEMIS PHARMACEUTICALS (KENYA) LIMITED. It is a freehold interest measuring 0.2028Acres and situated on the Western side of Jomo Kenyatta Avenue within the busy commercial area and close to Makupa Police Station. The Property adjoins the Makupa branch Co-operative Bank Limited and is developed with a retail show room on the ground floor and upper offices on mezzanine, first and second floors. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance be paid in 60 days to the chargees.
