No. Kajiado/Kaputiei North/33632 Kitengela Status Villas Kajiado County measuring 0.032 HA or 0.07907 Acres approximately and registered in the name of Walter Agoya Asira of P. 0. Box 7322-00200 Nairobi. The subject property is situated within Kitengela Status Villas Estate Phase 1, Yukos area, Kitengela. Access to the property from Kitengela town is through Namanga Road for about 2 kms, northwestwards opposite former Yukos Petrol Station. The subject house is easily identified as house No. 5.
