PROPERTY 7. PRIME AGRICULTURAL/RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY (3 ACRES) IN KOGONY AREA, KISUMU COUNTY ON FRIDAY THE 20TH DAY OF MAY 2016 AT 12.00 NOON AT CENTRAL SQUARE NEAR BARCLAYS BANK OF KENYA LIMITED, KISUMU CITY
All that parcel of land known as TITLE NO. KISUMU/KOGONY/623 KOGONY AREA, KISUMU CITY COUNTY registered in the name of JOSEPH GATHITU GATHIMA c/o P.O Box 318-40100 Kisumu g/t DANIEL OCHIENG AJULU T/A DAAJO PETROLEUM SERVICES c/o P.O Box 1786-40100 Kisumu. A bidding deposit of Kshs 1million (by way of banker’s cheque) will be mandatory for property No’s. 1,3&6 while for property no 2 it will be kshs 5 million .Please note that failure to pay the balance by the confirmed purchaser will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid. (3).
