All that property known as TITLE NO. KISUMU MUNICIPALITY/BLOCK 6/560 in the name of DIOCESE OF KISUMU REGISTERED TRUSTEES. It is a leasehold interest for a term of 99 years w.e.f 1/12/1979 at a reversible annual ground rent of Ksha. 39,550.00 and measures 0.4416Ha or 1.091Acres.The property identified as ‘SIFA HOUSE’ is situated along Mission Road 110Meters off Jomo Kenyatta Highway opposite Kibuye Catholic Church and approximately 120Meters from Kibuye Market within Kibuye Estate, Kisumu County. Sale is subject to a reserve price, and the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving any reasons for doing so. 4. Interested bidders are requested to view the properties between 10.00 am and 5.00pm and our office will assist the bidders to point out the properties subject to prior arrangement. 5. 25% of the purchase price must be paid to the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid in 30 days for Property No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 and 60 days for the Property No. 5, 6, 7 & 8 to the chargees.
