All that piece of land known as L.R. NO. GATAMAIYU /NYANDUMA/ 3439 Registered in the name of SAMUEL WAWERU KIMANI PO BOX 342-00223 Nairobi, measuring 0.045 HA or there about. The property is opposite Kiratina A.I.P.C.E.A church in Nyanduma location of Kiambu County. The property is rectangular level red soil parcel whose boundaries are marked by a barbed wire / chain link on timber posts.
