Under instructions received from our Principals on behalf of their clients, the Chargees, we shall sell the under mentioned property with all the improvements and buildings thereon.

All those freehold properties known as ISUKHA/SHIRERE/2472,2900 registered in the name of SAVONA ENTERPRISES and ISUKHA/SHIRERE 2892 registered in the name of FILI BITINYU measuring Approx 1.853 acres,0.741 acres and 0.395 acres respectively. The three parcels are adjoined and looped by the Isukha River and are easily identifiable as SAVONA ISLE RESORT HOTEL. The properties are situated at the Swan’s Neck of Isukha River next to Shinyalu Road Bridge and opposite Kakamega water works approx 3kilometres from Kakamega town. A 25% deposit must be paid in cash or by banker’s cheque at the fall of the hammer and the balance to be paid within 30 days to the chargees’ advocates. 4.
