PRIME VACANT PROPERTIES FOR AUCTION WITHIN KISAJU AREA – KAJIADO COUNTY

All these parcels of land known L.R. NOS. KAJIADO /KISAJU /5192, 5195, 5196, 5197, 5198, 5199, 5200, 5201, 5103, 5676 & 3977 KISAJU AREA-KAJIADO COUNTY. The subject parcels of land are situated approximately 7 kilometers from Kisaju Shopping Centre, approximately 3 kilometers off Kisaju –Jamii Bora Road, in Kisaju Area, Kajiado County. THE PARCELS ARE CLOSE TO NTAIYA’S LAND AND TAUSI ESTATE. Tenure, each parcel has a FREEHOLD TITLE and each title is registered in the names of GEOFREY MURIUKI MANENE AND JANE KIRIGO MURIUKI G/T TRENDMARK COMPUTERS LIMITED. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of KSHS.100,000.00 FOR EACH PROPERTY in favour of LEAKEY’S AUCTIONEERS to obtain a bidding number and catalogue at the auctioneer’s offices, before the auction date. 3. The declared purchaser MUST deposit 25% of the purchase price by BANKERS’ CHEQUE by close of business of auction day. The balance will thereafter be payable within thirty (30) days to the Chargee. 4. The sale of the above property will be subject to a reserve price and necessary consents. 5. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without explanation. 6.
