Under instructions received from the chargee’s advocates, we shall sell by public auction the under mentioned properties together with buildings and improvements erected therein.

ON TUESDAY THE 31ST DAY OF JANUARY 2017 AT 11.00 A.M AT OUR OFFICES  ON 5TH FLOOR, WESTERN HEIGHTS, KARUNA ROAD WESTLANDS, NAIROBI

All that parcel of land known as L.R NOS. KAJIADO/KISAJU/5192, 5195, 5196, 5197, 5198, 5199, 5200, 5201, 5202, 5203, 5676 & 3977 KISAJU KAJIADO COUNTY ALL registered in the name of GEOFFREY MURIUKI MANENE & JANE KIRIGO MURIUKI g/t TRENDMAK COMPUTERS LIMITED c/o P.O Box 60703-00200 Nairobi. The subject parcels are situated approximately 7 kms from Kisaju Shopping Centre, approximately 2kms off Kisaju-Jamii Bora Road, in Kisaju Area, Kajiado County. Parcels Nos. 5192, 5195, 5196, 5197, 5198, 5199, 5200, 5201, 5202 & 5203 each measures approximately 0.371 of a hectare (0.917 of an acre) while parcels Nos. 3977 & 5676 each measures approximately 2.02 hectares (4.99 acres) and are undeveloped. CONDITIONS OF SALE

(1). All intending purchasers are requested to view the property and verify the details as these are not warranted by the auctioneers. (2). A deposit of 25% must be paid in cash or banker’s cheque at the fall of the hammer. The balance will thereafter be payable within thirty (30) days to the chargee’s advocates. A bidding deposit of Kshs 1million (by way of banker’s cheque) will be mandatory for property No. 3, 4, 6 & 7. Please note that failure to pay the balance by the confirmed purchaser will result in forfeiture of all deposits paid (3).
