Garissa County Commissioner Boarded Items & Vehicles Disposal Tender
Tenders are invited for sale of Boarded Motor Vehicles and miscellaneous stores. Tender documents with detailed specifications can be obtained from the Head of Supply Chain Management Office or may send a written request upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000/= per set of each tender payable to the District treasury, Garissa during normal official working hours
Bidders will be required to pay a deposit of Kshs.5,000/= per every vehicle which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Completed tender documents in plain, sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO. GSA/DPO/31/2016-2017” should be addressed to:

Or be placed into the tender box located at the entrance to the County Commissioner’s office not later than 5th January 2017 at 10.00am. Late tender documents will be returned to bidders unopened. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the County Commissioner’s Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
The government reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole and is not bound to give reasons for its decision.
