ON 27TH APRIL 2016, STARTING AT 11.00 A.M. AT THE OFFICES OF VENTURE AUCTIONEERS IN NAKURU TOWN SITUATED AT GATE HOUSE 6TH FLOOR ROOM 605.
All that property known as L.R NO NJOROINGATA BLOCK 7/786 (CHUIVIO) and registered in the name of JUDITH AKINYI MARTINE of P.O. Box 2040 -20100 Nakuru. The property is located within Njoro area which is situated along 650 metres off and the South of Nakuru-Eldama Ravine road approximately 1 Kilometer North East of Ngata bridge a few metres to the South of Victorious Church in Chumo Estate Njoro District, Nakuru County. It is a semi-complete three bedroom master en-suite house with a toilet block. Main electricity and piped water are connected to the property. Drainage is to a pit latrine.
