Duly instructed by our PRINCIPALS, THE CHARGEES, in exercise of their statutory power of sale, in realization of security, we shall sell the under mentioned properties together with all the improvements erected thereon by public auction on:-

FRIDAY 27TH JANUARY 2017, AT OUR OFFICES AT NAIVASHA TOWN –OUTSIDE THE MAIN POST OFFICE – STARTING AT 11.00 A.M.

PROPERTY NO 7: PRIME RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION SITUATED WITHIN MALEWA BAY ESTATE, NAIVASHA – NAKURU COUNTY

All that parcel of land known as L.R. NO. NAIVASHA/MARAIGUSHU BLOCK 20/109, MALEWA BAY ESTATE, NAIVASHA – NAKURU COUNTY. This parcel of land is situated along Suswa Avenue within Malewa Bay Estate, a gated community off Moi North Lake Road. The estate is located opposite Greenpark Estate and Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort in Naivasha, Nakuru County. The estate is approximately 11 kilometres from Nakuru – Nairobi Highway and 21 Kilometres from Naivasha Town. Tenure is leasehold for 999 years from 1st May 2008. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of KSHS. 1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION) per property to obtain a bidding number and catalogue at the auctioneer’s offices, before the auction date. 3. The declared purchasers MUST deposit 25% of the purchase price by bankers’ cheque by close of business of auction day. The balance will thereafter be payable to the Chargees/Chargees Advocates within thirty (30) days save for property No. 3 & 7 which is ninety (90) days. 4.
