Duly instructed by our PRINCIPALS, THE CHARGEES, in exercise of their statutory power of sale, in realization of security, we shall sell the under mentioned properties together with all the improvements erected thereon by public auction on:-

 THURSDAY 26TH JANUARY 2017, AT OUR OFFICES AT LEAKEY’S STORAGE LTD, LUNGA LUNGA ROAD, INDUSTRIAL AREA NAIROBI – STARTING AT 11.00 A.M.

PROPERTY NO 3: PRIME RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION SITUATED WITHIN MIRIMAINI, JUJA, KIAMBU COUNTY. (5.92 ACRES)

All that property known as L.R. NO. 10087/33 (I.R. NO. 31612) MIRIMAINI, JUJA, KIAMBU COUNTY. The subject property is situated approximately 1.67 kilometres from the P.C.E.A. Mirimaini Church and approximately 5.9kilometres off the Thika Superhighway turning off at the Juja – Gatundu Road and in the neighbourhood of the P.C.E.A. Interested bidders are required to pay a refundable deposit of KSHS. 1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION) per property to obtain a bidding number and catalogue at the auctioneer’s offices, before the auction date. 3. The declared purchasers MUST deposit 25% of the purchase price by bankers’ cheque by close of business of auction day. The balance will thereafter be payable to the Chargees/Chargees Advocates within thirty (30) days save for property No. 3 & 7 which is ninety (90) days. 4.
